Most items are shipped within 3 business days. If an order will take longer than 5 business days to ship, we will email you with the status and expected delivery date.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery for a RMA#. Returns must be received in good condition and return shipping with insurance is recommended. Once a return is received, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less shipping.
If an order is received damaged, please contact The Furniture Source to arrange for a pick up by the carrier. The customer may request a refund or a replacement which will be issued upon receipt of the damaged item.
All cancellation requests must be received before the order has shipped.
